Tuesday 30 October 10am – 3pm
Thriller Workshop
Always a sell out, this ever-popular workshop is the perfect half-term scary treat.In the morning you’ll learn a Halloween themed dance routine; then in the afternoon you’ll be transformed into a ‘real, living, breathing zombie’ ready to perform to parents and friends at 3pm.

Thursday 1 November 10am – 3pm
Play in a Day Spend a day at the Merlin creating a unique, fun piece of theatre! Working, playing and creating together, you will learn fun new drama games and techniques to make your own piece of theatre, to perform for friends and family at the end of the day.Parents, family and friends return at 2.30pm for showing. Please provide child with lunch and drinks.
£15 per child, £10 for siblings

Musical Theatre Club for 7-12 years
Tuesday’s Term Time 4.30pm – 6pm.
We are excited to announce that we will be working on Matilda The Musical (20 minutes) . As well as Claudia, we have Conny Hunter joining us to lead this exciting project.
No song or dance experience required. Taster session available.

Tri.it – Drama and Movement for 3 -6 years
Tuesday 4-4.45pm Term time in the Merlin foyer.
We will focus on basic stagecraft using play, music and heaps of imagination to create stories. This term we are playing with the story ‘The Boy Who Cried Wolf’.
The groups aim is to boost social skills, build confidence, whilst offering an introduction to the performing arts.
£50 for an eleven week term.

Merlin Youth Theatre for 12 -16 years
Wednesday 5-7pm
This term we will be working on the play Ernie’s Incredible Illucinations by Alan Ayckbourn. The weekly classes will focus on character development, stage craft, rehearsal techniques and performance skills.

Drama Club for 7-11 years
This group builds a serious enthusiasm for the performing arts! In a session that’s great for making friends and building confidence, you’ll learn a whole host of drama techniques. You’ll then work on devising your own piece of wonderful, creative and imaginative theatre.
